[Xerte] Installation Problems

Hi,

I am desperately trying to install Xerte Toolkits on my webserver and  
am on setup/page4.php and have errors everywhere.  I send a request  
before but forgot to include my error:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Unknown MySQL  
server host 'ileadflow.com/' (1) in /home/bpatch1/public_html/xrtlkts/ 
setup/page4.php on line 3

Warning: mysql_select_db() [function.mysql-select-db]: Access denied  
for user 'bpatch1'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /home/bpatch1/ 
public_html/xrtlkts/setup/page4.php on line 17

Warning: mysql_select_db() [function.mysql-select-db]: A link to the  
server could not be established in /home/bpatch1/public_html/xrtlkts/ 
setup/page4.php on line 17

and so on, and so on all the way to the end of the page.
