[Xerte] Installing Xerte on a Windows 2003 server

Does anyone have instructions on how to install Xerte on a 2003 server?

The installation appears to work but I  just get a blank screen when I try and edit a project - there is no Xerte Toolbar and the web page is completely blank.

I have installed a new version after deleting all files and the database and get the same result. Do I have to set anything in IIS?

I would like to get this running but it looks as though I shall have to stay with the program version.
