[Xerte] Installing Xerte toolkit

Hi

I get the installation page and go for a full install. I then enter details for the MySQL Database Creation page and just get errors like:

Sorry, The query CREATE TABLE `additional_sharing` ( `id` int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment, `template_id` int(11) default NULL, `sharing_type` char(255) default NULL, `extra` char(255) default NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`) ) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 has failed. MySQL reports the following error - -

Having doubled checked the username and password I am stumped, even the root password gives the above error.

What bits of the installer do you see?

(For ref, you can't run the sql manually as it's got wildcards in which are replaced).

I have just tried to install the Xerte toolkit on a Centos5 server - which is already running a wiki and Moodle happily - but this installation completely defeats me. Nothing seems to run on the installation page. I have manually run the sql code that come out as 'errors' using phpMyAdmin, but when I go to the web page I just get  the number '1'.

Where am I going wrong??
