[Xerte] Custom interaction button

I am using a mix of Online templates generated RLOs and Standard Xerte 
RLOs.  Ideally I want to make the RLO's visually consistent with each 
other and would like to make the interaction button in Xerte look the 
same as the navigation menu button in the online tool kits ie black text 
on a white background.  I tried adding button.swf from common to the 
button interaction properties and it almost what I am after however it 
has a smaller font and dull appearance.    Is there a simple way of 
doing this
