[Xerte] Two newby questions

Hello again.

I have two questions...

Question 1: 
I'm using the Page Templates wizard. I'm unclear as to how the contents page works. When I preview my work and click on the 'content' icon I go the first page of my presentation, which is not a contents page. I had assumed that the content page was automatically generated. Have I misunderstood something?

Question 2: 
I downloaded the two template files 'Page Template' and 'TechDis Presentation Template'
 from the resources section of the website. Firstly, are these the same templates that are already installed? And secondly, they didn't seem to be in a format to be installed. I tried to install them through Xerte as per instructions but they are not recognised. I also tried putting them directly in the wizards folder, but they appeared as folders not as template files.

Sorry if these are dumb questions, I did search the community section but couldn't find an answer.
