[Xerte] RE xerte toolkits menu 'undefined' issue

I'm using toolkits 1.5 and when I switch from 'linear' to 'menu' navigation
I get the first page in the course showing an 'undefined' in the middle of
the screen. 

 

Alistair - you asked about this a while back - did you find a solution? It
doesn't seem to make a difference if I build a new course with 'menu' as the
initial choice.
