Does anyone know where I can get a pre-built binary of ffmpeg for the mac?

When you convert video, what settings do you like to see / use?
I can easily make a crude inputFIle -> outputFIle converter with some defaults, but what settings work best for you, or would you like to have control over?
Let me get a basic version working first, then we can play around with it,
J

We have several WMV files ( screen shots taken with windows media encoder) that give us high quality video and audio. We have tried converting to VLC with format factory and Zamzar but loose quality (resolution) significantly. See attached jpeg of file properties.
Have tried to record screen in Wink but video poor and no real audio solution. Looked at ffmg but command line is too daunting for us. Appreciate any help re good conversion program that might do the job.

We paid $35 US for MyVideoConverter awhile back. We haven't actually needed to use it very much beyond our initial crisis, but it's been great. There's a free version you can test as well which is nice. It's quick, high quality, good defaults, batch process. Just did an avi to flv test and it did a great job on a 100MB movie in 2 minutes.

Let's forget about cost for a second and ask what's the best avi > flv converter you've run across?
I don't mind paying for a decent converter (or paying someone to do it if the output is h.q.).
Same thing for wav > mp3
