[Xerte] Install problem

The database file is a permission problem.

 

The 1 usually means ldap support for PHP is not enabled.

 

Try looking in the manual for switch.txt instructions.

Hello there,

I've been trying to install the Xerte tools on our 3rd party hosting. I
had some problems during install with the database.php file not
recording the host and the table prefix. I had to manually edit the file
during install to get it to work. Although something is still wrong
because when I try to view the login page I just see a '1' in the top
left corner of the page. Have I done something very wrong?
