The workaround is to publish the file.
Resizing requires a swf, and it isn't one in authoring mode.
Do lots of experimenting, resize can do weird things with fonts etc if you are using relative spacings for objects.

I tried changing the .swf file to an .png file with the same result, when I select a different screen size nothing enlarges, not even the interface elements.
Can anyone think of a work around to get the screen size to function correctly. I have attached my rlo file here.

Dave thanks for the code it helped a lot.
I'm almost done with the overlay, but notice one thing. The expand button is not doing anything. The text size, font, and other buttons are working correctly.
Any thoughts on why it is not filling screen.
