[Xerte] fade in text?

I think some of the text manipulations require embedded fonts.
If the text is on a flat background, you could alternatively mask the text and experiment with dissolving the mask. Maybe an opacity loop?

There is a tween function I think in Xerte. I’d do the fade with
a for loop (but that might be lazy).

Yea I
understand that though what script would be needed within Xerte, not using a
.swf file. Using the text property within Xerte itself.

Hi I am wishing to have my body text 'fade in' after a certain delay (say 2
seconds) or even better on a mouse click.
Is this possible and if so how would I go about this.
This is a sample line 1 (fades in after 2 seconds)
This is a sample line 2 (fades in after 1st line after 2 seconds)
Thanks.
Regards,
Daniel
