[Xerte] HELP resize images

Hi all, I failed to resize the images inside my project.
I think the response from Dave Burnett on modifying values "h" ang "w",
referring to a master image as a presentation or something.
Is it possible to change the appearance (width, height, resolution) of
images included as resources (insert / interactivity / annotated diagram for
example)?
