[Xerte] Xerte Online Toolkits 1.5 Localhost Installation

Ron,
Just curious. Adding the mime types (.rlo and .rlt) on the server. Do you
know if that can be done from within Moodle (as an Administrator), or is
that a backend task?
I've been trying to use Xerte desktop to create packages for Moodle without
success.
