[Xerte] Xerte Online Toolkits 1.5 Localhost Installation

Dear Julian,
               thanks so much for an early response.....however I have a few more queries
1.   u told me the content gets stored in .rlo file ..now do I create a repository in MS ACCESS and store all these files there or they get stored in XML library?
 
2.   how do I create a link between Moodle LMS and XERTE ?
