If you copy the server from one location to another you'd have to hack
the mysql anyway

So anyone using Toolkits on Windows needs to manually hack the mySQL
database to get the system to work? Or does this 'slash' issue only
occur with management.php? The problem with resetting all the slashes on
Windoze is that if you then copy the Toolkits installation to a proper
OS like Unix you've then got to rehack mySQL. That's what many
developers will do - test Toolkits out on localhost then upload to a
*nix system.
