[Xerte] Colouring hyperlinks

[Dave Burnett]

It's equivalent to applying text styles in Authorware.
A great habit to get into, especially for maintenance.
e.g. when the client says "We find it hard to read on a high res monitor, could you boost all the text by 2 pixels?"
Instead of having to dig through the entire file manually changing things, you simply change the styleSheet.

Hence "cascading" stylesheet, or CSS.
