[Xerte] Helping users to use FLV media in Xerte

We have made changes in MoLeTV (www.moletv.org.uk) today which now enables users to download the FLV format of the media which will be useful in the creation of media interactions. The video can be uploaded as AVI*, MP4, MP3, WMV, MOV. 

* some AVIs may fail to convert due the conversion software not supporting particular codecs

MoLeTV converts the audio and video to four different formats (FLV, WMV, MP4 for iPod/PSP and 3GP) all of which are available for download (for desktop browsers and mobile devices).
