We are waiting on the moodle zip patch.
You can leave elements on page 4 blank.
To test the code, try renaming demo.txt to something (but not demo.php)
and then running it.

Hi
Making progress, fixed the <? tag which was causing the install to fail.
We have no LDAP so setup is failing on page 4 - we do have a moodle -
how do I set up authentication from there?
Thanks

Sorry, still eating lunch J
Page 3 and 4 of the web based installer.
So download toolkits (see list archive for a video)
Use a web browser to run the installer
Do the database questions (you need mysql)
Then the last page appears with lots of options on.
One of these it the apache option
Search for "The HTACCESS setting is (Whether or not you are using a
.htaccess file on the site - the apache config must allow for
overrides)"
Looking at the code, it is set to false by default anyways.
So this should work on IIS
You might need to sort out authentication from somewhere else, maybe a
moodle or LDAP?

Thanks Pat
I'm somewhat technically challenged, so when you say - set apache to be
false - where is this done?
Paul

Yes, we have done so on a system.
It needs PHP and MySQL still
When you install the system - set apache to be false (it's a textfield
so just type it in).
The only requirement it had for apache was mod_rewrite, everything is I
believe, web server independent.

Hi
Is it possible to run the Online Toolkit on a IIS server?
