[Xerte] Moving files and folders within Xerte toolkits

Can't get the window to move using the arrows but it does using the
mouse wheel, and that's the nature of my problem I habitually use the
track pad on my laptop, that's obviously my mistake!

Whilst dragging files, pressing the up / down arrow or scrolling with
the wheely should move the window up or down.

I have been meaning to ask this for ages , but there has always been
something more urgent to do!



How do you move files into folders in toolkits, especially when the list
of files goes beyond the confines of the window.  They do move, but
never where I want!

I have been telling myself there must be a simple answer to this, but I
can't find it
