All of the authoring interface is defined in the .xwd file, so that can
all be done. Has anyone already done a German translation?

The .xwd does change between versions, so you will need to maintain the
latest German version.

Hi Julian,

for use in German environments we need a complete German interface for 
authors/teacher and students. German teacher don't want to use or can't 
English good enough to use tools with English elements.
