[Xerte] Blank page after login

Sorry, I've just re-read your original message and you're plainly trying
to install Xerte on Moodle, so the advice on scripting and hosting is
likely useless. However, a local installation might be worth a bash
anyway, as if you can get it working there but not online you and the
Moodle admin have a working installation to refer to in order to help
diagnose the online installation failure.
