[Xerte] text to speech when online

In tools - options - security, you need to enable or prompt for 'activex
controls not marked as safe for scripting' for the internet / intranet
zones...

Hi Julian/all

I had to rebuild my laptop  a few months back and since then the Xerte
text to speech has only worked on local files not web based files. I
seem to recall there was a regfix file or something for that and I also
seem to recall it's more often the other way around e.g. txt to speech
works online but not locally. Is the solution documented somewhere?
