The Nottingham install is for Nottingham staff only.

 

I am not sure what you mean by cannot find the localhost link?

 

What does http://localhost/ give you when you click on it?

I am using Xerte from Arizona State University. I would like to use
Online Toolkits, either locally or from the website. How do I get a
logon for the online interface? or How do I install it locally? I
followed the steps to download XAMPP and the Xerte Online Toolkits zip
file, but I can't get on to the localhost link that was given to
complete the installation. Any help you can give me is much appreciated.
