[Xerte] Installing new version 1.0

You should be able to add the mime-types in httpd.conf (Apache's config
file). Look for a section labeled <IfModule mime_module> and add:

AddType text/xml .rlt
AddType text/xml .xwd

(I think that is the correct syntax)

You will need to restart the web server after changing the config file.
I use WAMP, rather than XAMPP, but you should find access to the
httpd.conf file somewhere in XAMPP's control panel.
