[Xerte] text to speech and templates questions

 Two questions for those more knowledgeable:

 

In the techdis template video (#1) at
http://www.techdis.ac.uk/index.php?p=3_28     there is a 'text to speech'
checkbox at the bottom of the Xerte form. How do I turn this on? (I'm using
V2) Is this a scripted behavior/utility?

 

Also- I've looked at the simplepresentation template and the basic quiz
template, but I don't see a template that includes pages for tutorial
presentations and quiz questions. Does anyone know of a template like that
that is available?
