Hi Pat,

It says installation is complete but now getting the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in E:\Apache\htdocs\xerte\config.php on line 61

Please could I have further assistance please?

Error in the installer

If you're relatively confident in PHP change line 120 of setup/page2.php

To $mysql_connect_id =
mysql_connect($_POST['host'],$_POST['database_name'],$_POST['password'])
;

I've also modified the installer so you could download the new version -
but you may need to delete the database the system has created.

I am trying to install Xerte in moodle but keep getting the following

MySQL Database Account Set up page
Your Xerte Online Toolkits database has been successfully created. When
users are creating work on the site, the PHP will need a MySQL username
with select,insert,update and delete privleges.

can't connect....


Could someone please help?
