Hi Fred,
It's FLV, no need for any subsequent embeds.

Subject: [Xerte] Video formats
Hi all
I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this one already, but just to be
sure: what video format(s) does Xerte handle?
The answer, I think, is none - you have to convert your video to FLV
then put it into a Flash movie and export as SWF, then import that SWF
into Xerte. Am I right? I can't see anything in the fine manual
referring to this, but it's implied as the Import Media dialogue doesn't
have a 'video' option in the file types. No big if that's the case, I
just want to be sure before I get stuck into a project.
Cheers
Fred
