In authorware all the icons exist all the time. In xerte they don't.
If you have the interaction in page one, it only exists in page one.
When you go to page two it doesn't exist anymore, and so can't handle
events. Put things you want to always exist in the entry frame.

Subject: [Xerte] Event response
>give a page icon an id 'myPage'
>add an interaction to it
>add an event response to the interaction: icon: myPage, event
'onEnterFrame'
>add a script to the event response: debug('hello world');
>ta da?
Yes, that works, but I think I'm thinking too much with an 'AW cranium'.
The flow is doing unexpected (to me) things.
If I set the event response to perpetual, then add another page, 'page
2' and set that as the target, here's what happens:
Enter page 1, no event trip, as expected.
Enter page 2, no event trip, unexpected.
Go back to page 1, event trip, unexpected.
