[Xerte] missing include in preview.php

Ah ok,

The best place to put this function would be in 

Modules/xerte/preview.php (ignore the capital M that's outlook)

Although toolkits only has a xerte module at present, there is scope for
adding other modules in future, so it will be to self contain any
failures within the modules themselves.

Ick; sorry.. I jumped the gun on this. Including the above file causes
another problem when a function of the same name is defined twice.
Therefore, I replaced the 'dont_show_template()' call with a simple echo
with words to the same effect.
