I had that idea yesterday as well.
However, as the code gets bigger, there is more stuff I am likely to put
in the library, and it might need to change.

I'd change website_code/scripts/javascript_library.js to be a PHP script
- - so you can just suck in the site_url you've defined in the config
file. (You might have to do a header("Content-Type: text/javascript")
though)
