[Xerte] case sensitivity issues

Found it this morning, it should only be in edit_xerte_top and
drawing_xerte_top
Our .htaccess on the webserver has a typo redirector that made me miss
this.
A new installer version with this fix is now on the download site
Or you can do a find and replace on "Xerte", with "xerte" on the two
files above in the modules/xerte folder
