[Xerte] ANN: Xerte v2.0

We are delighted to announce the release of Xerte 2.0.

Xerte 2.0 is a major step forward for the Xerte project, released under
the GNU Public License. Xerte 2.0 is open-source.

In addition to opening the source code up to the community, version 2.0
includes:

- a completely overhauled the help file
- an updated pageTemplates.xtp
- a standalone player for local playback
- a number of enhancements to the wizard interface
- a number of bug  fixes and enhancements

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the project so far and helped
us get to this very significant milestone.
