I got it to work - I think it may have been that I used an '&' in the
zip file name - I changed it to 'and' and everything seems to work ok
now.
thanks
Matt

The error usually occurs because the file the engine is trying to load
isn't there - that's the first thing I'd look at anyway. Verify that the
file mentioned in the htm file, in the javascript that sets up the new
rlo file, is in fact passing the right filename to the function.
Let's take it from there. Install the latest Xerte too - always a good
idea when debugging issues, as it means I have the same version you
have.

Delete all the files that are created when you publish the piece and
re-publish it. I think the .rlo file referenced in the web page is
different to the one in the folder. Re-packaging it should sort it out,
or you can manually check the file referred to in the html file is the
same as the one it tries to load,

Hello All!
I've been preparing some Xerte presentations for inclusion in a
BlackBoard environment at University.
Once the presentations are finished I publish them, then zip all the
appropriate files before uploading to BlackBoard. This has been fine so
far but for some reason the latest presentation I have tried to upload
hangs at the unpackaging stage - It just freezes at the 'Loading
Complete... Please Wait" screen with the blue bar. This is also true if
I try and run the presentation from it's html page.
There is nothing noticably different about this presentation from the
others - I am using jpg, text and flv files.
Anyone come across this kind of thing before?
Thanks
Matt
