[Xerte] Publish files

Hi all

This might have been asked already, and/or the answer may be in the fine
manual, so apologies if this is the case. By default, Xerte publishes
the following files and directories:

index.htm
MainPreloader.swf
/media
resources.swf
rloObject.js
xerte_publish_test.rlo {RLO filename}
XMLEngine.swf

Which, if any, of those filenames can be renamed? I suspect that the
.swf and .js files have to remain untouched, but that the .htm file can
be renamed.
