if the piece is running locally, does window.location always contain the string 'file://'?

Hmmm.... ok, interesting.
The // doesn't work offline. So for an offline export it should be
replaced with either hhtp, or https.
In this case, as we know that youtube will always support https, https
would be the safe bet. That will always work.
