[Xerte-dev] Rewrite of 'XOT setup scripts

Hi all.

XOT is really cool product! However, the installation process is a more
than a little messy.

I have issued a pull request for a rewrite of the setup scripts for XOT
that I have written at
https://github.com/thexerteproject/xerteonlinetoolkits/pull/395.
