[Xerte-dev] Where is the code the project details workspace tab?

I'd like to change the layout of this tab to make slightly better (IMO ) use of space:

I'd prefer it to be like:

Project ProjectNameGoesHere
Access:                 Public
Shared:                Not shared

URL:                       http://xot.server.com/play.php?template_id=123

But I can't find the place to make changes... probably because when I search for strings, those strings are coming from language files?

Also, can the tab have a title 'Details'?
