It would have been better if the change to authentication now being controlled via management wasn't enforced e.g. renaming the new auth_config.php to auth_config_dist.php but I've updated and committed the upgrade and moodle integration guides to account for this change. Committed to develop.

I haven't updated the installation guide but that's been out of date for a while really and is a bigger task to update.
