Yeah, I found the Zend stuff and it’s new BSD, so that’s OK.
Just need to avoid GPL / LGPL like the plague.

I would have written parts. Or rewritten them. I'm happy to assign copyright if necessary.
Any external libraries I would have introduced (eg zend framework?) would be licensed under a free / floss licence.
