Julian - I just realised and checked via your bootstrap demo - if you've
replaced your site play and preview files with the copies from my zip you'll
need to put back your logo div. My copies had that removed.

The files from develop have that div included but also the correct link to
mathjax cdn

I think this is different to any no internet access issue. I think it's due
to the mathjax cdn change that I mentioned yesterday and Tom has fixed in
various branches. The zip I attached yesterday has the required changes for
xerte and site templates.

Yes, on some installs, no internet access meant that the LO wouldn't load.
We added a try/catch block around the MathJax statements to stop JS
terminating there...

We have a user, IE9, whose LO is a blank screen on loading. Works fine in
every browser on my machine, but I have IE11. Debug panel shows this, so
there is a problem loading MathJax - but would this cause a blank screen?
