I think this is different to any no internet access issue. I think it's due to the mathjax cdn change that I mentioned yesterday and Tom has fixed in various branches. The zip I attached yesterday has the required changes for xerte and site templates.

Yes, on some installs, no internet access meant that the LO wouldn't load.
We added a try/catch block around the MathJax statements to stop JS terminating there...

We have a user, IE9, whose LO is a blank screen on loading. Works fine in every browser on my machine, but I have IE11. Debug panel shows this, so there is a problem loading MathJax - but would this cause a blank screen?
