I think we should try to improve on the process. But there are other aspects
of Xerte that are more important (I think) at the moment.
Point is, it's not hard to do:
1. just copy the parent_template/Nottingham folder to a new folder in
parent_templates
2. go into management.php, and rescan the templates
3. edit to you hearts content
The difficulty is the (long-term) maintenance....
