[Xerte-dev] Upgrade Guide

A Happy New Year one and all!

We're going to upgrade our install to 2.1 (from 2.0) tomorrow and I was just looking for Ron's upgrade guide for the list of files to keep / not overwrite etc. Does anyone know where it is? Are there any gotchas anyone has come across with upgrading?
