Hi John,
The full looks OK to me. And in my opinion, people are getting used very
quickly on those icons and couldn't believe they ever could work without
them.
Even changing/editing by clicking the icon would be clear I think.
In this case, if the names are long, you get a horizontal scroll bar, so
that would be ok too.
I'll ask some users.
