I can just hide it if there’s only one page – no need to add an extra option.  Although do you want it all removed or just the navigation bit of it?  There’s other stuff that goes in the footerBlock too e.g. narration bar if you’ve added this to a page and fill screen button.

Would it be possible to have a drop down in the display option to hide "x_footerBlock"

as I'd like to make some single page LOs
