Tom,

I had tested this in a Xerte desktop pageTemplates project (pages / create
template project from pages)

I discovered at the time that, using this route, that by default Xerte was
using Page Templates.xtp to build the project, which resulted in an out of
date templates.xwd being used. So I renamed Page Templates.xtp and then
created the project and the correct selection of connector pages was then
offered (no Plain Text Connector, no Tabbed Navigator Connector and no
Redirector Connector).
