Subject: [Xerte-dev] reminder of what 1 means?

Hi all

very quick question - what does 1 typically mean when visiting an xot
install? e.g. visiting the URL and get a blank page with only the digit 1
showing.

This is an installation that someone has moved from one server to another
and I know I've seen this before but can't recall the primary cause.
