Hi Julian,

I have sent the mail below a few weeks ago, can you let me know what you think of the proposal?

Toll-net is a project that is subsidized by the Flemish government. Therefore we are committed to an annual action plan.
At the moment, we are preparing our new action plan (2013-2014 ) and in this context we want to discuss with you the Xerte AGM day and a Flemish Xerte User Day.

As you know, Xerte takes a large part of our activities. That's why we're thinking to organize a two-day Xerte conference next school year (somewhere in May 2014):  an AGM day and  a "Flemish" users day.
For the AGM we would provide a location in Flanders while you would provide the content.  The "Flemish" users day  will be our responsibility.

The Xerte User day would be on the 2nd day. The day would start with two keynote speakers and in the afternoon, our users would present their learning objects.
We would like that someone of the developers team should provide a keynote.
In the afternoon, learning objects are presented and evaluated by a jury and at the end of the day the best learning object receives a "Xerte Award". Afterward, we would provide a drink. We'd like to ask you and Inge to make part of our jury.

Our question to you is, what do you think of this proposal? If you and the developers team like this idea, we will integrate this conference in our action plan.
