Hi,

I had this problem and seem to have cured it by making sure the pages weren't cached, e.g. in IE you tell it to reload the page everytime you visit. My guess is the session cookie may be lingering, or not timing out, or IE10 & FFox are caching that information too.

There is a session path setting too.
