No, not really... When I send a message, I'll received it back after
some considerable time varying from 30 minutes to several hours.
However, when I receive it, it has the time stamp of the moment I sent
it out.
The message I sent at 12:47 to the dev-list just now arrived here at
13:18, but it has a time stamp of 12:47.
