OK, cheers, I updated the zip yesterday so I’ll get him to download it and go over the top with those files. Thanks Pat.

Can you guys confirm this issue with a 1.9 install? Is there a fix?
(it seems the export code has been problematic for ages?)

Hi Julian,
Thanks for the feedback. I was able to successfully install Xerte Online locally. And it works great, except:
I can’t seem to export a SCORM 1.2 zip file. What happens instead is this:

I did some research on the forums, but I couldn’t successfully implement the suggestions I saw (I may not be smart enough) and noticed I wasn’t alone and that some had reverted to version 1.8.
When I use the TechDis Sandpit, the export function works great.
Do you have any guidance for me?
Do you think I should try installing 1.8?
Kind regards,

Hi Jeff,
The manual hasn’t changed, but thanks for pointing out the broken link. I will update it, but our CMS won’t accept .docx of pdf as a content type, I need to get that rectified (it eems daft to zip a pdf just to make it available). I’ve attached it anyway. There are no database changes, the files should go over the top of the old install fine,

Hi,
The Web Server Installation link (http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/xerte/manual/ToolkitsGuide.docx) is yielding a 404 – Page Not Found error.
I’m wondering if there is an updated link?
Thanks,
